RGA + Claude & ChatGPT

Your best rep sets the ceiling. Everyone else sells beneath it.

Revenue Growth Agent now works inside Claude and ChatGPT. Every rep gets the preparation, the discovery discipline and the proposal quality your top performer brings, delivered into the assistant they already have open. Some of it before they wake up.

Verified with Claude and ChatGPT. Each seller connects in about a minute. Nothing to provision.

Claude and ChatGPT connecting to Revenue Growth Agent for meeting prep, discovery analysis and proposals

The problem

You have never had a training problem. You have had a delivery problem.

Your reps know the product. They sat through the enablement. They still walk into first meetings underprepared, run discovery that skips the qualifying questions, and send proposals that read like a brochure. Three reasons, and none of them is effort.

01

Prep is the first thing to go

Proper research runs 30 to 60 minutes a meeting. With a full calendar, that is the work that gets skipped, and it gets skipped on exactly the first calls where it would have mattered most.

02

Your top performer's instincts live in their head

Not in a system. Every other rep learns by trial and error, one lost deal at a time, and your win rate quietly tracks who happened to run the call.

03

Coaching arrives after the deal is already at risk

A manager can sit in on maybe three calls a week. The stall shows up in pipeline review, by which point the champion is unconfirmed, the decision process is a mystery, and the next meeting is already booked.

Every fix for this has asked the rep to stop selling and go use something. A portal, a checklist, a form, a training module. Adoption decides whether any of it works, and adoption has never held.

The help you cannot staff

You already know what would fix this. You cannot afford to staff it.

Every revenue leader can name the people who would move the number. Nobody has the budget to put one of each behind every rep.

A researcher for every seller

Someone who works the calendar ahead of every first meeting and hands the rep a brief that is actually about this buyer: the company, the person, the pain worth raising, the questions that open the conversation.

Doing that by hand for one rep is most of a job. Doing it for twelve is four.

A deal coach on every call

Someone who reviews each discovery conversation while it is still warm, scores what was actually qualified, names the gap that will stall the deal, and tells the rep what to do on the next call.

A strong sales manager does this for three calls a week. Your team runs hundreds.

And the proposal nobody has time to write well

The one built from what this buyer actually said, carrying the value they named, in your template, while the call is still fresh. Most reps send a version of the last proposal they sent. That is where price becomes the conversation, because nothing else on the page is specific enough to be worth more.

Now you do not have to hire any of them.

RGA is a deal execution platform, trained on your solutions, your case studies and your playbook. It happens to be very good at these three jobs because they are where deals are won and lost: every meeting entered prepared, every call qualified and coached, every proposal grounded in what the buyer told you. Deals move faster and carry less risk because the execution stopped being optional.

All of it from inside Claude or ChatGPT, where your reps already are.

What changes

The friction is what you are removing

What this makes possible

The research is done before the team wakes up

Claude and ChatGPT can both run a task on a schedule. When that task fires, it already has the rep's calendar, the rep's inbox and, through the connector, all of RGA. It can look at the day, work out what is missing, and go get it.

That is the piece the connector unlocks. Not a chat window. A standing instruction that runs whether or not anyone remembers.

Scheduled task, every weekday at 6:00 AM

  1. 1

Reads today's calendar and pulls out every external meeting.

    Assistant's calendar connection

  2. 2

Asks RGA whether a prep already exists for each attendee, and skips the ones that do.

    RGA connector

  3. 3

Opens the email thread that booked the meeting to find the company, the person's title and why they are talking.

    Assistant's email connection

  4. 4

Hands that to RGA, which enriches the prospect and runs the prep against your solutions and case studies.

    RGA connector

  5. 5

Leaves the rep a short summary of the day with a link to each full prep in RGA.

Waiting when they open the laptop

Set this up yourself

Connect RGA, then create a scheduled task in Claude or ChatGPT and paste this in. Adjust the last line to how you want to be told.

Every weekday at 6:00 AM:

1. Look at my calendar for today and list
every meeting with someone outside my
   company.

2. For each external attendee, use RGA to
check whether I already have a meeting
prep for them. Skip anyone who does.

3. For the rest, read the email thread that
set up the meeting and pull out their
company, their title and what they want
   to talk about.

4. Use RGA to prepare each prospect. Show
me what enrichment found, and where a
required field is missing or looks wrong,
   flag it instead of guessing.

5. Run the meeting prep for everyone whose
   details came back clean.

6. Reply with a short list: who I am meeting,
the one thing worth knowing about each,
and the RGA link to the full prep.

Step 4 is deliberate. RGA will not spend a prep on values nobody checked, so the routine surfaces anything doubtful rather than inventing it.

Scheduling, calendar and email are capabilities of Claude and ChatGPT. RGA supplies the prospect intelligence, the deal analysis and the proposals the routine calls out to.

The rest arrives the moment it is needed

No portal to open, no form to fill, no commands to learn. The rep asks in their own words and the work comes back done.

Before the call

“Run a meeting prep on Dana Chen at Northwind Logistics”

Company overview, the pain worth raising, the solutions from your library that map to it, a meeting opener and the discovery questions to ask.

After the call

“Run a MEDDIC analysis on this call”

Drop in the transcript. Scoring with evidence, the gap that will stall the deal, a plan for the next conversation, and a link you can paste into the CRM.

When it is time to propose

“Draft a proposal for that opportunity”

Built from what the buyer actually said, grounded in your templates and case studies, carrying the value they told you mattered. A statement of work follows once you approve it in RGA.

One deal, one thread

Add a second call and RGA re-derives the analysis across every meeting in the deal, not just the newest one. The link pasted into the CRM after the first call still points at the current picture.

That is the difference between a chat that summarizes a transcript and a system that holds a deal.

Each seller, their own connection

Every rep signs in with their own RGA login and picks the workspace the connection works in. It sees what they can already see, nothing more, and it can be disconnected at any time.

No shared key to hand out. Nothing for IT to provision before your team can start.

Whichever assistant your team already opened this morning

Built on the Model Context Protocol, an open standard, rather than a private integration with one vendor. Claude and ChatGPT are both verified end to end.

Questions

What revenue leaders ask us

What else could we automate beyond morning prep?

That depends less on RGA than on how your team already works. The connector exposes the same capabilities to anything your assistant can do, so the useful question is what your assistant already touches.

If your notetaker drops transcripts somewhere predictable, a scheduled task can pick up yesterday's calls, run MEDDIC analysis on each and leave every rep a short list of the gaps to close on the next call. If your team lives in a CRM, the deep link that comes back with each analysis is the thing you write to the opportunity record. Teams with a weekly pipeline review have used it to assemble the review rather than sit through it.

The shape of the right routine is specific to your stack and your process, and it is usually obvious within half an hour of talking it through.

Book time with an RGA expert and bring your tools. We will map what is possible against what you actually run.

Is this just ChatGPT with our sales data in the prompt?

No. The assistant is the surface. The work runs in RGA, against your solution library, your case studies and your qualification standard, and it persists as a record rather than a chat message.

That distinction shows up the second time a rep touches a deal. Paste a transcript into a chat window and you get a summary that lives in that conversation. Run it through RGA and the second call is scored against the first, the evidence accumulates, and the link you put in the CRM after meeting one still resolves to the current state of the deal after meeting four.

What happens if a rep asks for something on bad information?

RGA shows its work before it spends anything. Ask for a prep and it enriches the prospect first, then hands back every field with where that value came from, so the rep can correct a wrong title or a misspelled company before the research runs.

A prep will not run on values the rep never saw. The same principle applies further down: a statement of work is refused until a human has approved the proposal in RGA. The checkpoints that matter stay with your people.

Our reps use different assistants. Does that fragment the team?

It does not. Whichever assistant a rep connects from, the work lands in the same RGA workspace, scored against the same standard, visible to the same managers. One rep on Claude and another on ChatGPT produce comparable output because the analysis is not happening in the assistant.

That is a deliberate consequence of building on the Model Context Protocol rather than integrating with one vendor. You are not betting the process on which assistant wins.

How will we know whether the team is actually using it?

Because the work lands in RGA rather than in a chat log, adoption is countable. Preps run, calls scored, opportunities with current MEDDIC evidence, proposals generated. Those are the same records whether a rep worked in the web app or asked their assistant.

It is worth saying what this does not solve. It removes the friction that made good practice optional. It does not make a rep ask. What it changes is that the ones who do ask no longer pay a time penalty for it, which is usually why the rest stopped.

Does this replace our CRM or our notetaker?

Neither. Your notetaker records the call and RGA reads what it produced. Your CRM stays the system of record, and each analysis comes back with a link you drop onto the opportunity. RGA sits between them and does the part neither one does, which is judging the deal against your standard and telling the rep what to do next.

Your team can be running this today

Each seller signs in to RGA, opens their profile and copies one URL into their assistant. About a minute per person. No client ID to request, no administrator to wait on, and no change to how your reps already work.
