What HubSpot tiers are supported?

The Meeting Prepper card on contact records works across HubSpot hubs and tiers. The card on lead records requires Sales Hub Professional or Enterprise, the tiers that include HubSpot's leads feature.

Do I need to install anything in HubSpot?

No code installation required. An admin authenticates your HubSpot account via OAuth 2.0 from within RGA, once for the whole portal. The integration creates its custom properties automatically, and the card is added to your contact record sidebar with HubSpot's standard Customize control. The Quick Start Guide walks through it in about five minutes.

Will this affect my HubSpot API limits?

We've optimized the integration to minimize API calls. Meeting Prepper typically uses 2-3 API calls (read Contact, update properties). Data sync happens on-demand (not constant polling), so impact on your API limits is minimal.

How is data synced between RGA and HubSpot?

Data flows both ways: (1) HubSpot contact data pre-fills the Meeting Prepper card when a rep opens the record; (2) RGA writes results back to the contact via the HubSpot API, including the prep date, session, a shareable brief link, and the contact fields the rep confirmed.

Can I control which users see the RGA CRM cards?

Yes. During setup, you can configure which HubSpot users have access to the integration. This is managed through your HubSpot user permissions and RGA account access controls.

How is the HubSpot connection protected?

The connection is standard HubSpot OAuth with a least-privilege scope set: contact read/write, plus optional company and lead read access. No deal or timeline scopes are requested. RGA verifies with HubSpot which portal an authorization belongs to before storing anything, encrypts the tokens with AES-256-GCM (with the encryption key held in a separate system from the encrypted data), and verifies HubSpot's cryptographic signature on every request the in-CRM card makes. You can revoke the connection from either side at any time. See our Security & Privacy page for the full detail.

Where is our data stored, and is it used to train AI models?

All transmission uses HTTPS/TLS, and every RGA API endpoint is authenticated and scoped to your organization. Your HubSpot data is never used to train AI models. RGA is architected around SOC 2 and GDPR principles; a formal SOC 2 audit is on our roadmap. Rather than claim a certification we haven't completed, our Security & Privacy page lays out exactly which controls we run today.

The HubSpot integration is available now for all RGA subscribers.

Do I need a separate RGA account?

Yes. You'll need an active Revenue Growth Agent subscription. The HubSpot integration is an add-on that connects your RGA account to your HubSpot portal. If you're not yet an RGA customer, we'll help you get set up during onboarding.
